About the Presenters

Jill Barry Shae

Jill has over 30 years of experience in investment consulting, plan design, fee analysis, ERISA compliance and fiduciary best practices. Previously, Jill was a defined contribution regional practice leader at Mercer Health & Benefits. In 2006, she founded and successfully built Shea Retirement Services. Jill received a Bachelor of Arts in international relations from Scripps College in Claremont, CA. Jill was named a Financial Times 401 Top Retirement Advisors and 401kWire.com ranked her one of the “Top 40 Most Influential Advisors in Defined Contribution.” NAPA Net ranked her one of the “Top Women Advisors" of 2012, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023.

Veronica Lee

As a member of the Senior Management team, Veronica is an exceptional contributor to the quality of client relationships as Chief Relations Officer. Veronica joined RPAG at its inception in 2004, one of three original employees. She spent the first 10 years as Senior Vice President of Client Service. Veronica graduated from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) and earned her BA in history.

Ashley Passow

Ashley is our special “Zillennial” guest, but also the Digital Marketing Specialist at RPAG. She is passionate about being financially savvy and thrives on staying ahead in her field of digital marketing. Ashley's knack for innovative digital strategies has elevated RPAG's online presence since employed with RPAG in June of 2022. Ashley graduated from University of California, Santa Barbara, and earned her BA in Communication.
